Barbecue Ribs Recipe

Southwest Slow cooked BBQ Ribs

BBQ Sauce

chili sauce 1 / 2 cup
Liquid honey 1 / 4 cup
Vinegar 1 tablespoon cider soup.
Onion, finely chopped 1 soup.
Dijon mustard 1 1 / 2 c. tea.
Worcestershire sauce 1 1 / 2 c. tea.

CHILE RUB

Brown sugar, a teaspoon full.
1 tsp tsp chili powder.
Garlic powder 1 tsp tea.
Onion powder 1 tsp tea.
1 tablespoon paprika tea. 5 ml
Ground thyme 1 / 2 c. tea.
dried rosemary, crushed 1 / 4 c. tea.
Salt 1 / 4 c. tea.
Pepper 1 / 4 c. tea.

For rib

Return pork chops (about 2 medium) 2 lbs. 900 g

For the barbecue sauce

Mix all ingredients in a small 6 bowl. Chill. Makes about 1 cup (250 ml) sauce.

For Chile Rub: Mix all ingredients in nine bowl. Makes about 2 tablespoons soup. (30 ml) of friction.

To cook the ribs:

Spread the rub Chile on both sides of each square of coastline. Wrap plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Preheat gas grill to medium term. Remove the plastic wrap from coasts.

Place the ribs on one side of the oiled grill. Turn the burner under the ribs, leaving in front of the burner on the environment. Close the lid. Bake for about 60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender and just beginning to pull away from bones.

Brush with barbecue sauce. Bake for about 30 minutes, turning often and basting with sauce, until glossy.

Transfer to a large platter. Cover with foil. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into 3 or 4 portions of the bone. Makes 4 servings.

Note: When you oil the grill, do not add much too much oil or charcoal flame and cause excessive splashing that can lead to the ribs were charred and burned out too soon. Add a few drops at a time to oil the pan broilers, and completely cover the plate, including the edges of the bars. When done, turn the broiler until hot and you're ready to start cooking.
