Essential Advice for Beginners smoking
Writing a website full of recipes for barbecue smoker is a task that takes time, even in the best case. I am proud to make the images I put on my site are foods that are cooked and not a shining bought on Internet I want my recipes to be innovative. What I like best of all is when readers use my feedback form to ideas to improve my site and also offer recipes, there's so much creativity out there and make only a small amount of it is really humiliating.

Barbecue cook any number of people is difficult enough, but doing it in a team has never been used before is really asking a lot. However, I always answer with my "essential tips" for novice smokers: -

And this last point is so true, I was cooking on the grills and smokers of 20 years and always wrong so do not be too hard on yourself if at first you do unsuccessful.

I bought a smoker and need to know if I can use wood straight from a tree, or if I need to dry or cure it or anything first? And if so, how do I do that?

I just asked if the wood needed to be dried or if it can be used straight off the tree. I know what kinds of wood to use, I know to smoke it not set it on fire, etc...

Apple and hickory are good. Soak it in water overnight and wrap it in tinfoil before putting it in the smoker. I trim limbs from my apple tree all the time for this.
