Gas Grills check list - Best Smokers Grills Reviews
Gas grills are becoming one of the most popular way of grilling nowadays. It's a case of simplicity and ease of use. Charcoal grills for example can leave a lot of oily ashes at the bottom whereas gas grills create less work after that delicious meal. Cooking with a gas grill is also much faster in terms of "getting the food ready", a charcoal grill needs 20-30 minutes to spread the heat evenly whereas gas grills are instantly fired and ready to barbecue. For the experienced grilling enthusiast there is no real explanation needed but for new buyers, there are a few points to note before paying that hard earned cash out, especially with the wide variety of gas grills on the market today.
Gas grills can be used either with Propane gas or Natural gas. There is no noticeable difference in the taste of the grilled foods and generally gas grills use propane as it is more widely distributed and more accessible in its compressed liquid form than natural gas.
In the long run the real advantage of using natural gas grills is on the environment. The pollution is less as natural gas burns better than propane gas and although the actual used quantity is less when using propane gas grills; there is not much advantage regarding the costs as the price is a little more than double compared to natural gas grills.
Gas grills are much easier to start as the majority of newer grills have an electronic ignition system and this is an example of where most die-hard grillers would never contemplate buying gas grills for the simple reason that it "supposedly" takes the fun out of barbecuing. Well I have to agree on that (to a degree) but on the other hand, one can use different woods or charcoal together with gas grills, it isn't necessary to stay with lava rocks or ceramic slabs that most gas grills are designed to use. For real grill fanatics I think the ease of use is secondary, it's more about the grill feeling and art of grilling that counts and this can be achieved with gas grills too.
Hard-core Grillers insist on using charcoal or flavored woods and this can also be reached with slight mods for example by using foil balls filled with damp flavored wood or a simple pan above the gas burner.
Gas grills are changing drastically as technology evolves and the price accordingly. For the normal usage, gas grills can vary in price between $100 to $350 but it isn't necessary to grab the most expensive gas grill that pops up in front of your face, in fact, they go much higher into the $1000s in the luxury class. I would advise somewhere between $100 and $200 to start with and be sure to use the gas grills check list below before buying.

What is the best rust remover for a smoker/grill?
I was looking at naval jelly but I'm not sure
